Diesel generators range from 9 kW – 3500 kW and are a great solution for remote applications where there is no utility power or natural gas connection. They can also be used as a backup generator in case of a power outage.
Perhaps the largest advantage of diesel generators is their fuel source. Diesel fuel is readily available from multiple sources. Since natural gas is provided through a pipeline and cannot be stored, if the natural gas supply is disrupted during an emergency, you may find yourself facing a lack of fuel when you need your generator the most. Diesel fuel can be stored onsite in tanks, or even delivered with our refueling service.
Diesel is also more energy dense than natural gas. This means that while you may pay more for a gallon of diesel than natural gas, you will use less fuel over time. This is especially important for prime power applications as the cost savings can be considerable over time.
We have built strong relationships with all major generator brands including, but not limited to, Cummins, Kohler, CAT, AKSA, and Taylor. This allows us to find the right solution for your needs.
