Business Continuity Plans During COVID-19

With the U.S. under a state of emergency due to COVID-19, President Trump and The Center for Disease Control are urging businesses and health professionals to take the proper steps to stop the spread of this virus and protect themselves while they continue providing essential services to the American public. Total Energy Solutions is doing everything in our power to support essential businesses and health care facilities as they work to serve the American public during this trying time.

Business Continuity Plans During COVID-19In Texas, we are working with local businesses and health officials to power emergency services and prepare for potential power outages. Texas Dow Employees Credit Union is classified as an essential business and still has its doors open to serve the financial needs of its customers. In order to ensure TDECU’s continued service, they partnered with TES and developed a business continuity plan.

Generators For Banks and Credit UnionsThat plan, designed to ensure continuity of service during hurricane season was activated early due to the uncertainty of the COVID-19. TDECU knew it would be difficult to find generators last minute if they became necessary, so we worked with their team to stage generators at several of their locations ahead of time to ensure the power stays on.

TES is also proud to be working with The University of Texas Medical Branch during this state of emergency. We are working with UTMB as they are setting up COVID-19 testing centers. TES is providing generators for the testing centers that completely power the mobile test units wherever they are.

As a company, we are banding together to take precautions to keep our staff safe while still serving our customers. TES will continue to do what we do best during these times, and that is to provide service beyond expectations.
